Kaitlyn Sarcona is a highly skilled and experienced nurse practitioner who specializes in family care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, which provided her with a strong foundation in the field of nursing. Dedicated to furthering her knowledge, she recently completed and holds a Masters of Science in Nursing from Ohio University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program. Throughout her career, Kaitlyn has demonstrated her expertise and dedication to patient care. One of Kaitlyn's earliest notable experiences included serving as a charge nurse in a Level 1 trauma center. This role required exceptional leadership skills and the ability to make critical decisions quickly in high-pressure situations. Kaitlyn's experience in a trauma center has honed her skills in handling emergencies and providing urgent medical care to patients. Additionally, Kaitlyn has also worked as a Director of Nursing within a behavioral health setting, where she has served as a mental health advocate. This role highlights her commitment to addressing the specific needs of patients with behavioral health issues and ensuring they receive the appropriate care and support.
Kaitlyn's dedication to her profession and her patients is evident in her passion for providing compassionate care during patients' most vulnerable moments. Shynel - RN Nurse Injector
Shynel is a dedicated nursing professional with eight years of healthcare experience and a strong clinical background in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) nursing. She began her nursing education at Washington State College of Ohio, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) through Walden University, reflecting her commitment to continued professional growth and lifelong learning.
Throughout her nursing career, Shynel’s CVICU experience has strengthened her clinical judgment, critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm and effective in high-acuity environments. Caring for critically ill patients and supporting their families during some of their most vulnerable moments has been both challenging and deeply rewarding.
Shynel has developed a passion for medical aesthetics, particularly cosmetic injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers. She is excited to combine her clinical experience, knowledge of anatomy, precision, and dedication to patient safety with her passion for aesthetics and helping individuals feel confident in their own skin. She is committed to continuing her education and refining her skills in the aesthetic field while providing individualized care and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Outside of nursing and aesthetics, Shynel enjoys spending quality time with her children and staying active at the gym. Her family, career, education, and commitment to personal wellness continue to inspire her to grow both personally and professionally.
Leilani (Lani) — Practice Manager
As Practice Manager at Vivid Wellness, Leilani is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client—from the moment they walk through the doors to every step of their wellness and aesthetic journey.
With a strong background in customer service, healthcare, administration, and practice operations, Lani brings a people-first approach to managing the day-to-day operations of Vivid Wellness. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Washington State Community College, providing her with a strong foundation in healthcare and patient-centered care. She loves building genuine relationships with clients, helping them feel comfortable and confident, and ensuring they receive the personalized care and attention they deserve.
Lani is proud to be part of a team that combines advanced aesthetic treatments with a welcoming, personalized approach to wellness. Whether supporting providers, coordinating the patient experience, helping clients explore treatments, or contributing to the growth of the practice, she is dedicated to making Vivid Wellness a place where everyone feels cared for, confident, and at home.
Outside of work, Lani enjoys spending time with her husband, son and family. As a wife and mom, she understands firsthand how important it is to make time for yourself. She believes wellness is about more than how you look—it’s about feeling your best, embracing your confidence, and taking care of yourself at every stage of life.
Jason Chertoff, M.D., M.P.H
Jason Chertoff, M.D., M.P.H. is a physician board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies as a Biology major from Tufts University in 2000, received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2004, and obtained a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University in 2010. Dr. Chertoff’s professional interests include management of sepsis and septic shock, ARDS, interstitial lung disease, asthma, bronchiectasis, and other lung-related pathologies. When he’s not working, Dr. Chertoff enjoys spending time with his wife and twin 5-year-old children.
